We take the care and happiness of our customers to heart. We will always try our best to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase before sending the order. Any custom orders will have to be approved by the customer before being shipped to avoid any issues once the product is received. 
Please note that any products purchased that are B-rated are prints that have slight deformities but still deserved to be loved. These products do not qualify for our returns and exchanges.
